Grown by the ASTAL cooperative in the volcanic highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, La Yerba is a coffee deeply tied to land, tradition, and community. Produced through Mexico’s historic Ejido system—where land is cared for collectively—this coffee reflects a legacy of stewardship and shared pride.

Crafted at 1,025m above sea level and naturally sun-dried, La Yerba blends varietals like Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra to create a sweet, full-bodied cup with rich, earthy complexity. Behind each bean are the 36 members of ASTAL, working in partnership with CAFESUMEX and San Cristobal to ensure ethical sourcing and sustainable livelihoods for farmers.
