Crafted at 1,025m above sea level and naturally sun-dried, La Yerba blends varietals like Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra to create a sweet, full-bodied cup with rich, earthy complexity. Behind each bean are the 36 members of ASTAL, working in partnership with CAFESUMEX and San Cristobal to ensure ethical sourcing and sustainable livelihoods for farmers.
